I use the 8" SofGrip fillet knife to fillet fish, and it makes the job incredibly easy. The blade is sharp and flexible enough to glide cleanly along the bones, and I had no trouble getting smooth, clean fillets. The handle was comfortable and secure, even with wet hands, which made a big difference. Solid knife that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

My go-to knife for filleting fish. Big enough blade to handle the bigger fish but is versatile enough to manage smaller ones too. Sharp, easy to resharpen.

I have a few older model Dexter fillet knives that I have used for years. The Sofgrip is a game changer. Sharp as heck from the factory. I processed 10 Balckfish with no fatigue or waste. Love the new handles and blade guards. I will be ordering a few different sizes of the SofGrip.
