    I purchased two of these knives to replace my old filet knives that wouldn’t keep an edge. These knives seem to be made of quality steel and don’t dull easily. after filleting around 100 fish cutting through pin bones and getting the perfect fillet is no problem for this knife. Has slightly less flex than a normal filet knife but I find it easier to use. Great knives.
