    I've been using Dexter knives since I became a professional guide ten years ago. I've been using the narrow fillet knife and decided to try this one. The flex is perfect and I like the wider blade. It seems to be less work when filleting a lot of fish. The handle is extremely comfortable and feels great in my hand. I highly recommend it.
