    I love Dexter Russell products and especially their truly unmatched customer service . I wish the scabbard for this knife was more like the WS1 and WS7 because those scabbards fit the Sofgrip and Sani safe lines to perfection with a nice (Snap into place) fit . The Dextreme knives scabbard doesn't firmly hold the knife like the WS1 and WS7 , it just covers the blade but very loosely but all in all you can't go wrong . This knife will outperform any other fillet knife on the market and you're supporting a truly legendary American company.

    This flex is really good. It flexes in all the right places. Doesn't loose the overall strength of the blade.

    Really like this knife. Handle is perfect and easy to grasp. Flex blade worked great on halibut .
