My preferred fillet knife

I was introduced to this knife by Viktor from Landshark, and it didn’t take long to see why he likes it. It's light, super flexible, and just feels dialed in when you’re breaking down fish. It glides through skin and along the bones with hardly any effort, and the grip stays solid even when things get wet. After using it a few times, it’s one of those knives you keep reaching for without thinking twice. I really like the dual-edge. The straight edge stays sharper longer when you use the scalloped edge on scales.

I thought this knife would give me better results cleaning fish. It did not. Turns out the problem is that I just suck at cleaning fish. Oh well. It still seems like it's probably a good knife.

Absolutely love this knife! Just the right amount of flex and having the backside of the blade with the jagged sharpened edge to cut through the hard scales of the fish is very useful and saves you from dulling up your blade for the fine part of the fillet! I would definitely recommend these knives to anybody looking for a quality product!
