    I was introduced to the S138 by a charter captain out of Barnstable, MA, and after seeing him use to easily cut up our catch, I understood why he swore by it. This knife is sharp, sturdy, and feels incredibly controlled when you’re breaking down fish. The wider blade is great for longer, cleaner cuts and gives you a little extra confidence, especially on bigger fish. The Sani-Safe handle is comfortable and doesn’t slip, even when things get wet and messy. It just feels like a knife that’s meant to be used hard and often.

    Fishing out of New England, we catch a lot of striped bass. This wide knife is perfect for these bass- makes the skinning super easy. Nice nice. Good price. Made in USA.
