    I was introduced to the S133-8 fillet knife by a charter captain I went out with, and after using it on the boat, I knew I needed one for myself. This knife is sharp, flexible, and makes filleting fish way easier than what I was using before. The extra length on the blade is perfect for clean, smooth passes, and the Sani-Safe handle feels secure even when it’s wet or slimy. It’s comfortable in the hand and easy to control, which really matters when you’re breaking down fish all day. You can tell this knife was made for pros, but it’s great for home use too. I’ve been extremely happy with it.
