Lindsay was lucky enough to land her first giant Bluefin tuna this past season. Her first fish dressed out at 298′, 86.25″. Her 8″ fillet knife came in handy when cleaning the animal to be prepped to go in ice. The 8” tiger blade cuts right through the gill plates of the tuna. Due to superstitions and old time traditions, Lindsay had to eat a chunk of the heart of her first tuna… Luckily, she will never have to do that again.
